- Question 1: Why is the hair getting tangled?
A: The hair can tangle due to the hair being dry, oil build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out the hair daily. Make sure to wash and condition the hair at least once a week, twice a week is even better.
- Question 2: Why is the hair shedding?
A: Run your fingers through the hair gently or comb through it with a wide tooth comb GENTLY to prevent major shedding. For curly hair please only use a wide tooth comb, or use your fingers. Way too much heat can also damage the hair.
- Question 3: Can the hair be dyed and flat ironed?
A: This is 100% virgin hair so it can be dyed and flat ironed. Please do not exceed 302 Degrees of heat or the hair will get destroyed. The hair will go back to its natural wavy or curly pattern when you wet it after being flat ironed.
